Labor Rehearsal

This past Monday night our Bradley class practiced different labor relaxation techniques.

A massage is my favorite!

Somehow I don't think this is quite what Matt and I will look like after real labor!
These are the 6 other couples in our class. Most are due in March or April.

We had a great "Birth" day cake for dessert.

Showers

We have been so blessed! We cannot say thank-you enough to everyone who has been a part of welcoming Luke! He can't wait to meet you!

January 22

Laura's co-workers threw a baby shower/ going away party. She was completely overwhelmed by their generosity and kindness.

January 24

Uncle David and Aunt Lynn hosted a shower for Pat's family. They had so many CUTE decorations that were personalized for Luke!

This was Matt's baby blanket. He can still remember carrying it around everywhere he went.

January 25

Our Sunday School class knew just what our wild plans were for Luke's room and went with a perfect jungle themed party.

This frame will have a picture of Laura looking down at her belly. She will be surrounded with lots of special words of encouragement & joy from our friends!

January 31

Janice George, Emily, Amy, & Lydia hosted a shower for mom's family and friends.

Amy decorated with this clothesline full of cute clothes for Luke.

One of our fun games was to guess flavors of baby food (thankfully by smelling rather than tasting). Emily was the expert!

February 12

Matt's co-workers fed us yummy homemade chili and all the fixings. Luckily we didn't have to go through the cafeteria line. :)

Favorite "Christmas" Gift

One of our favorite gifts was Grampa & Grammie's old storm door. It gives Jasie a perfect lookout/resting spot & we are sure Luke will love it too! Matt & Pa also added a peep hole to the front door so that we can spy on our visitors :)
